Job Description

As a Product Associate in Healthcare Payments - Consumer Receivables and Digital Channels, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address market needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. As a valued member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making around payment card devices, card and eCheck processing, and merchant funding
  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions - including payment terminals, transaction processing, and digital payment channels
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, controls, sales, operations) to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
  • Assists with competitive analysis, vendor evaluation, and market research related to payment technology and healthcare payment trends
  • Supports backlog grooming, sprint planning, and coordination with engineering teams through the software development lifecycle (SDLC)


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery
  • Emerging ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable product insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and business teams


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in payments industry (card processing, merchant acquiring, payment terminals, or payment gateways)
  • Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and/or healthcare payments
  • Understanding of PCI Compliance, EMV, and payment security standards
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tooling
