You will support Product and Process Solutions team by driving quality excellence across content moderation and policy enforcement workflows. In this role, you will work closely with front-line teams and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor operational performance, identify quality fluctuations, investigate root causes, and turn data insights into actionable improvement initiatives. You will help strengthen operational execution through strong ownership, structured problem-solving, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities - Trust & Safety Operations Support: Support day-to-day Trust & Safety operations with a strong understanding of content moderation, policy enforcement, quality management, and operational processes. - Quality Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor quality performance, identify fluctuations and trends, and drive initiatives to improve moderation quality outcomes. - Data Analysis & Root Cause Investigation: Conduct granular data analysis to uncover performance gaps, investigate root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Front-line Partnership: Partner proactively with front-line teams to support execution, improve consistency, and strengthen operational performance. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders across operations and partner teams to align on quality priorities, challenges, and improvement opportunities. - Project Management & Ownership: Demonstrate strong ownership in managing initiatives, following through on action plans, and supporting operational improvements from identification to execution. - Analytical Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively. Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s) - Fluent English proficiency is required for day-to-day communication and work-related activities - Experience in Trust & Safety with an understanding of content moderation, policy enforcement, quality management, and operational processes - Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to independently drive initiatives and support execution - Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage priorities effectively - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Ability to proactively partner with front-line teams to improve execution and quality outcomes - Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Preferred Qualification(s) - Familiarity with BR and/or LATAM culture and operational environments is a plus - Experience in granular data analysis, including identifying quality fluctuations, investigating root causes, and translating insights into actionable quality improvement initiatives - Familiarity with AI applications and tools, with an innovative mindset and openness to leveraging technology to improve quality and operational outcomes Job Information [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $151200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
