Full Job Description
As a Product Analyst you'll help shape content experiences that inspire our Pinner audiences across our Editorial products. We're looking for a thoughtful, user-centric analyst who's comfortable working independently to analyze usage patterns and insights while leading our data efforts around monetization and merchants. You'll also help us deeply understand the merchant ecosystem on Pinterest and help identify areas we should be investing in to help the Editorial team maximize our efforts with merchants whether that's organic executions or help us transition merchants into paying advertisers.

What you'll do:
  • Support the global editorial team by leading forecasting, tracking and external reporting around our editorial sponsorships program globally.
  • Identify untapped monetization opportunities for the editorial sponsorships and merchant ecosystems.
  • Use data inputs to create actionable recommendations that will influence editorial strategy across consumers, merchants and advertisers.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop, launch and iterate upon monetization programs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, forming insights that can be distributed to partners, advertisers and internal stakeholders and leveraged in public facing case studies.
  • Align with Product Analysts across Pinterest to ensure alignment to best practices, data accuracy and strategic alignment to shared data insights.
  • Use AI to explore options by testing ways to frame insights, reporting views and optimization recommendations for cross-functional partners.


What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, product analysis or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics or data science, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience translating complex findings into clear insights for a range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • High integrity and ownership when using AI, including protecting sensitive data, avoiding over-reliance and remaining accountable for final deliverables.

  • We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
