Job Summary
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile-minded Platform Product Analyst to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and critical thinker with a background in product management, agile delivery, and quality assurance.
  • This role is deeply embedded in the development lifecycle; working closely with engineering teams to drive agile ceremonies, ensure delivery quality, and support the development of new features.
  • The Product Analyst will help shape our platform roadmap and play a key role in setting operational standards for how we deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and customers and translate them into actionable Jira stories.
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Own the QA process by documenting test suites, coordinating test automation efforts, and validating final delivery to production.
  • Partner with product managers and developers to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback and validate product direction.
  • Monitor team delivery execution and suggest process improvements to enhance velocity and quality.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a product analyst or agile delivery role, with experience in QA or process design being a plus.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and agile delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
