Job Summary - We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile-minded Platform Product Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and critical thinker with a background in product management, agile delivery, and quality assurance.
- This role is deeply embedded in the development lifecycle; working closely with engineering teams to drive agile ceremonies, ensure delivery quality, and support the development of new features.
- The Product Analyst will help shape our platform roadmap and play a key role in setting operational standards for how we deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Gather business requirements from stakeholders and customers and translate them into actionable Jira stories.
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Own the QA process by documenting test suites, coordinating test automation efforts, and validating final delivery to production.
- Partner with product managers and developers to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Monitor team delivery execution and suggest process improvements to enhance velocity and quality.
Required Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a product analyst or agile delivery role, with experience in QA or process design being a plus.
- Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and agile delivery.
- Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow ITSM (or similar, e.g., BMC Remedy, Zendesk, Jira ServiceDesk).
