Full Job Description
The Product Analyst II will support the Global organization by providing data-driven insights for commercial purposes as well as product innovation.

The Product Analyst II role involves analyzing product trends, customer feedback, and product performance to help develop and optimize the company's product offerings and at the same time identify up and cross sell opportunities for sales, provide insights to marketing on customer engagement to stimulate targeted behavior as well as build and enable content to identify new prospects and retain clients.

The Product Analyst II will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data on product performance, customer behavior, and product trends.
  • Analyze usage data and customer feedback and sales insights to identify growth and churn fighting opportunities Segment and profile Product data to better understand customer and product behaviors and enable data driven sales & marketing efficiency in contacting the right customer with the right content at the right time.
  • Lead analytics and insights related to the performance of products throughout their lifecycle. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in product usage, customer engagement and performance data.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, product and Go-To-Market managers, customer service in our Global organization (cross-region & cross-country) and other stakeholders to support customer intelligence data driven-focused sales activities, marketing campaigns as well as product planning and development.
  • Develop customer insights dashboards, enablement material as well as KPI reports throughout the product portfolio and it's lifecycle.
  • Present insight tools & materials, drive enablement sessions how to best act on them, measure & report success and establish feedback loops with key stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, product management and product operations tools.


Essential Skills Needed:

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration (preferable in Statistics), Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis or product-related or sales enablement role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create insights and communicate clear plan of actions for resolutions.
  • Independent, detailed mind and a good team player.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, technology and analytics teams.
  • Proficiency in Business Analytics Tools, e.g. MS Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
