Technical Product Analyst to join our Digital Commerce Applications team, driving high-performing e-commerce experiences across a dynamic, evolving portfolio.

This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.What you'll do- Leading scrum teams during daily stand-up, backlog refinement, sprint planning sessions while driving sprint completion.
- Collaborating with IT, UX, and business stakeholders to refine functional and design criteria for major features. Gathering requirements through structured interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task analyses, and workflow evaluations.
- Maintaining comprehensive user stories, technical and functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams to establish well-defined IT backlogs. Ensuring site design and user experience align with Colgate brand standards and legal requirements.
- Ensuring that user stories are thoroughly tested, completed, and deployed.
- Defining success metrics during feature definition and designing event-based analytics in coordination with the development team, while evaluating post-launch feature performance to inform subsequent iterations.
- Partnering with IT and business teams to define and prioritize a well-defined roadmap for digital commerce websites.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years in Product Management or 2+ years in an Agile Product Analyst/Business Analyst role
- Familiarity with Digital Commerce platforms, including but not limited to Shopify, SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce.
- A functional comprehension of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile/SCRUM development teams
- Proficient working in collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Preferred Experience:- Skilled in leveraging social commerce channels and emerging agentic AI interfaces to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and automated conversions.
- Experience with Google Analytics or comparable analytical software.
- Experience with Gigya, Loyalty, Search, PIM, Personalization
- Experience utilizing generative and agentic AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor, ChatGPT) to optimize productivity and technical analysis.
- Experience in web development or architecture is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in applying user-centric design principles and user experience concepts.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
