Summary:The Procurement/Supply Management Team Lead leads procurement, purchasing, inventory, and supply management activities supporting a PMO-focused ODNI program. This position ensures the timely acquisition, accountability, tracking, and distribution of equipment, materials, services, and other resources required to support program operations and mission objectives.
Responsibilities:- Lead procurement and supply management activities across the program.
- Develop and maintain processes for purchasing, inventory management, asset tracking, and supply accountability.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with program leadership, functional teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.
- Manage procurement requests from identification of requirements through acquisition, receipt, deployment, and closeout.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, equipment, materials, and other resources to ensure timely availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor procurement and supply activities for schedule, cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, availability, and fulfillment issues.
- Identify potential supply constraints, procurement risks, and resource shortfalls and coordinate mitigation actions.
- Develop procurement and supply status reports, metrics, dashboards, and briefings for PMO and government leadership.
- Support forecasting and resource planning to anticipate future procurement and supply requirements.
- Ensure procurement and supply documentation is accurate, current, and maintained in accordance with program and government requirements.
- Lead and mentor procurement and supply management personnel and promote effective resource accountability across the program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply management, logistics, program management, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years leading procurement or supply management activities on complex government, defense, intelligence, or federal programs.
- Demonstrated experience with procurement processes, inventory management, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and resource planning.
- Strong understanding of government procurement and supply management practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting ODNI or Intelligence Community programs.
- PMP, CIPS, CPSM, or comparable certification.
- Experience with federal acquisition processes, contract administration, and government property management.
- Experience with inventory, procurement, or enterprise resource management systems.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar procurement and supply management tools.
Salary Disclosure:Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
