About the Role:

We have a current opening for a Procurement Service Center Coordinator and are actively reviewing applications.

The Procurement Service Center Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring business continuity across procurement operations by collaborating with the relevant business partners and Focal Points to coordinate the successful delivery of transactional procurement activities, administrative processes, supplier management activities, and data analytics/reporting across multiple procurement categories. The role supports efficient procurement execution while driving standardization, simplification, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a critical link between Procurement Category Managers, business stakeholders, suppliers, Finance, IT, and operational teams, this position supports the optimization of procurement processes, resolving operational issues, maintaining data quality, and providing analytical insights that support business decisions

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of colleagues to drive business value and successful user adoption of procurement initiatives, ensuring a proper allocation of resources based on aligned prioritization and work load capacity.
  • Coordinate procurement transactional activities across multiple categories to ensure business continuity and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve incomplete or unclear requests.
  • Monitor and track procurement work items caused by price, quantity and vendor discrepancies, in collaboration with buyers and process owners and lead the root cause analysis and the continuous improvement process.
  • Coordinate vendor master data activities, including supplier onboarding, registration, activation, and updates with the aim to identify ways to optimize the process.
  • Develop and maintain procurement performance dashboards and monitor KPIs.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and operational efficiencies across procurement services actively channeling opportunities of improvement to the central Procurement Excellence team.
  • Support issue escalation management and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.


About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, supply chain, shared services, or a related business function.
• Experience working with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, supplier management, and procurement systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data reporting, KPI monitoring, and spend analysis.
• Experience interacting with cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, and shared service organizations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement operations, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/dashboard tools; SAP procurement experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate operational activities, and drive process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

The base compensation range for this position is $142,016 - 189,355. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
