We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a for a
Procurement Senior Specialist - Multi-Commodity to join the
Corporate Services team.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
YOUR TEAM. The Procurement Senior Specialist - Multi-Commodity will support the continued growth and maturity of the firm's procurement function. This role will help drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract review, cost optimization, and procurement governance across a broad range of indirect spend categories.
The Procurement Senior Specialist will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs, evaluate supplier options, support negotiations, and ensure procurement activity aligns with firm policies, budget expectations, risk requirements, and business priorities.
YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Lead sourcing activities across multiple indirect spend categories, including professional services, facilities, office services, marketing, HR-related services, financial services, business operations, travel, supplies, and other business services.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, evaluate suppliers, compare pricing, and recommend sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, risk, compliance, and business need.
- Support supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, renewal reviews, and vendor rationalization efforts.
- Negotiate supplier pricing, service levels, commercial terms, and contract protections in partnership with business owners, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Review supplier agreements before Legal review to confirm business terms, pricing, service requirements, renewal language, approvals, and procurement documentation are complete and accurate.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost, consolidate spend, standardize buying channels, improve supplier value, and strengthen procurement compliance.
- Maintain sourcing documentation, supplier records, approval history, savings tracking, and other procurement materials to support governance and audit readiness.
- Contribute to procurement process improvements, tools, templates, workflows, reporting, and automation initiatives.
YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field required.
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, or related business operations.
- Experience supporting sourcing events, supplier evaluations, pricing analysis, contract negotiations, and vendor management across multiple indirect spend categories.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract review, supplier governance, cost analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyze spend data, supplier proposals, pricing models, total cost of ownership, and business impacts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Procurement or supply chain certification such as CPSM, CSCP, CPM, CPP, or similar.
- Experience in professional services, financial services, tax, audit, advisory, or business services environments.
- Familiarity with procurement, ERP, contract management, or workflow tools such as SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Workday, Ariba, or similar platforms.
- Experience developing sourcing templates, vendor scorecards, savings trackers, procurement policies, or supplier governance models.
