Line of Business: Service & Support

Pay Range: $101,050.00 – $134,743.32

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services to support the operations of the plant.

  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Working with Group and Regional Procurement in identifying and defining needs and running RFQs.

  • Provide continuous help and instruction relevant to the automated purchasing systems to other departments.

  • Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoices questions and problems.

  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize procurement processes.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, with preference for advanced degrees or certifications.

  • 4-6 years in procurement/sourcing with two years in leadership roles (preferred).

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Effective supplier relationship management and strategic procurement planning.

  • Skilled in procurement software and tools, with extensive experience in SAP.
