Procurement Manager who is responsible for leading the procurement function and developing a high-performing team. This role will also oversee stabilization and optimization of the company's ERP system as it relates to procurement processes. You will get to:- Develop and implements procurement strategies, policies, procedures, and governance to create a standardized and efficient procurement function.
- Use market insight to lead strategic sourcing decisions to directly support the organizations strategic objectives and achieves annual operating budget.
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the procurement organization.
- Stabilize, optimize and maintain the organization's newly implemented ERP system as it relates to procurement, purchasing, inventory, supplier management, and reporting.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Operations and key stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related procurement issues while driving system enhancements.
- Establish and manage strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management to maximize value and service levels.
- Develop and drive organizational discipline around key procurement performance indicators (KPIs), and participates in operational daily management system (DMS).
- Implement performance dashboards and reporting processes that provide visibility into procurement operations and support executive decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
- Regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis.
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflect positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
- Embody OFD's cultural values and aligns daily actions with department and company cultures.
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the Procurement Team.
- Exhibit strong leadership, coaching and development to engage team members and build a cohesive team.
- Identify, recruit, and retain top-notch talent.
- Set performance standards and supports growth through delegation, continuous feedback, goal setting, and performance management.

- Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, email, and regular interpersonal communication.
- Provide oversight and direction to the team members in accordance with OFD's policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone who has:- Generally, a minimum of six (6) years of experience in in procurement and supply chain leadership with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Generally, a minimum of four (4) years of experience leading and managing teams.
- Experience supporting or leading ERP implementation and stabilization (e.g. Infor M3 or similar)
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance management, and procurement best practices.
- Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and business knowledge.
