Key priorities include:
  • Clear existing backorders (top priority)
  • Sourcing high-demand inventory at scale
  • Building and maintaining a robust, repeatable seller pipeline

This role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and brings a strategic approach to sourcing, negotiation, and deal execution.

    • Manufacturer representatives
    • Clinics, medspas, and physician networks
    • Banks, asset managers, and repossession channels
    • Digital platforms and industry marketplaces
  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social) with a focus on efficiency and conversion
  • Lead pricing strategy and negotiations, securing favorable purchase terms
  • Own deals end-to-end:
    • Execute purchase agreements
    • Coordinate inspections
    • Manage delivery logistics to MRP
  • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline visibility using CRM and internal systems
  • Evaluate equipment condition via inspections (remote or virtual) and ensure alignment with purchase criteria
  • Build and manage long-term seller relationships to create repeat opportunities
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively move deals forward to close

Daily Expectations

This is a performance-driven role with clear activity benchmarks:
  • 40-50 outbound calls per day
  • Add and engage 10+ new contacts daily
  • Consistent follow-up across active deals and pipeline
  • Maintain high-quality CRM documentation and reporting

  • Demonstrate ownership of results and proactively solve problems

Success is driven by consistency, urgency, and disciplined execution.

  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and accountable with a hunter mentality
  • Thrives operating in a metric-driven, high-performance environment

Preferred:
