About the role

Procurement is a critical lever in how we scale efficiently and operate at a high standard across hundreds of facilities. As a Procurement Manager, you will own vendor strategy, cost optimization, and contract governance across key categories including facilities, equipment, utilities, and services.

You will partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Facilities, Operations, and Finance to drive disciplined spend, improve service levels, and unlock measurable savings at scale. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong negotiation skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to build and manage vendor relationships across a national footprint.

Success in this role means delivering cost savings, increasing contract coverage, standardizing procurement processes, and ensuring our operators have the infrastructure and support they need to perform at their best.

What you'll do

• Lead procurement and sourcing strategies for construction projects, materials, equipment, and services from planning through project completion.
• Partner with Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to understand project needs, identify suppliers, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, evaluate, and manage general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers across multiple projects.
• Lead RFx/RFP processes, analyze bids and proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and execute supplier agreements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while balancing project quality, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Manage key vendor relationships, including performance, pricing, contracts, payment terms, risk, and compliance.
• Partner with construction teams to ensure materials and services are sourced and delivered according to project schedules and key milestones.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, vendor capacity, and supply risks that could impact construction timelines or budgets.
• Develop and improve procurement processes, tools, reporting, and vendor management practices as the company scales.
• Manage multiple sourcing initiatives independently and provide recommendations and results to senior leadership.

• A strong negotiator who leads sourcing efforts end-to-end, confidently navigating complex, high-stakes vendor, supplier, and contractor negotiations to consistently secure best-in-class terms.
• An operator who can orchestrate pricing, logistics, and sequencing of specialized kitchen construction materials across a national footprint with precision and speed.
• A cross-functional partner who works closely with KOB teams to procure and deliver kitchen equipment tailored to licensee needs, balancing customization with scalability.
• A cost leader who drives value engineering, challenges assumptions, and finds creative ways to reduce spend while improving quality and performance.
• A data-driven thinker who is comfortable working with large datasets, leveraging analytics and market insights to inform decisions and unlock efficiencies at scale.

This role is based in our Austin office. That's why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
