Responsibilities

  • Lead supply risk management by identifying vulnerabilities in critical raw materials and conducting regional risk assessments.
  • Develop and execute mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity, like dual sourcing and safety stock.
  • Drive supplier performance improvements by managing on-time-in-full metrics and leading service recovery plans.
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives by qualifying and transitioning alternative suppliers in alignment with engineering teams.
  • Build end-to-end supply visibility by mapping Tier 1 and Tier 2 networks to identify single points of failure.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and reporting, coordinating across various teams and delivering executive updates.

Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Lead supply risk management by identifying vulnerabilities across critical raw materials, including Tier 2 exposure, and conducting regional risk assessments (capacity, geopolitical, logistics).
  • Develop and execute mitigation strategies such as dual sourcing, safety stock, and supplier qualification roadmaps to ensure supply continuity.
  • Drive supplier performance improvements by managing OTIF, leading service recovery plans, and holding suppliers accountable for clear commitments and disruption responses.
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives including qualification and transition of alternative suppliers, ensuring alignment with engineering and product teams.
  • Build end-to-end supply visibility by mapping Tier 1 and Tier 2 networks, identifying single points of failure, and partnering with global teams on upstream risk insights.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and reporting by coordinating across procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, and R&D, and delivering executive-level updates on supply risk, performance, and resilience metrics.

Thesalary range for this role is $90000.00 and $98000.00. This range represents thegood-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location. Thisposting is intended to comply with all applicable state and local paytransparency laws.
