OverviewPosition OverviewAt Foundation Building Materials (FBM),
Procurement Analysts play a critical role in ensuring materials, hardware, and components are available to support efficient production and project delivery. Your attention to detail, analytical strengths, and supplier management skills directly support operational success and strong customer outcomes. By maintaining optimal inventory levels, monitoring supplier performance, and executing accurate purchase orders, you help drive excellence across our commercial door, frame, and hardware operations.
Responsibilities and QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesSupplier & Inventory Management- Monitor inbound supplier deliveries and track variances or delays
- Review current inventory to identify shortages, replenishment requirements, and stocking priorities
- Maintain appropriate stock levels for jambs, trim, and pre-hung hardware
- Support ongoing improvements to supply continuity and SKU management
Procurement Execution- Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers in alignment with production requirements
- Maintain up-to-date PO status within the Order Status Report and SAP (as implemented)
- Communicate proactively with vendors regarding timelines, changes, and resolutions
Cross-Functional Support- Assist production teams by addressing material-related questions, timing concerns, or order discrepancies
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the procurement cycle
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs
Additional Responsibilities & Miscellaneous- Perform other duties as assigned to support procurement and corporate objectives
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, or a related field; or minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Experience with ERP systems preferred, ideally SAP
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits

CompensationThe listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and work location within state. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
- Base: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
- Bonus: 10% Target Bonus
- Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $83,000 - $114,000
- Equity: This role is not eligible for equity opportunities, awards or grants
