Procurement Agent - Supplier Operations and Performance
Position Responsibilities:- Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
- Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
- Data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that program, customer and product strategies are integrated into supplier strategies
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):- 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- 1+ years of experience in a role which requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 1+ years of experience leading managing projects
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Level 3: 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with industry SAP (System Applications and Product) and/or an equivalent such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry

Salary Range:$80,170 -101,200 (Level 2)
$94,350 - $127,650 (Level 3)
