Overview

As a Procurement Agent, you play a crucial role in sourcing the right products and materials that drive success for one or more projects in a division. Your expertise ensures that projects are equipped with high-quality resources, enabling teams to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to shape our supply chain and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Qualifies and evaluates vendors of materials, subcontractors, and service providers for recommendation to the Procurement Manager or others for use on projects.
  • Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams.
  • Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
  • Maintains the records of goods ordered and received; supports Accounts Payable reconciliation.
  • Helps in the creation and negotiation of contracts under the supervision and guidance of a procurement manager.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Construction Management preferred.
  • 1+ year related construction experience preferred.
  • Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) with general knowledge of database utilization. JD Edwards E1 World experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Able to identify, track and communicate project plan steps and actions.
  • Team player with the ability to also work independently to meet fixed deadlines, goals and objectives.
