Full Job Description
Micron is seeking a highly experienced Project Management, Quality & Safety (PMQS) Procore Training Lead to drive global adoption, standardization, and optimization of Procore tools across its expanding capital construction portfolio.

In this role, you will serve as the global subject matter expert (SME), system administrator, and training lead for Procore PMQS tools. You will partner closely with global site teams, construction partners, project controls, and EHS to deliver consistent, high-quality execution.

This position is ideal for a construction professional with deep expertise in document control, field workflows, and large-scale system implementations who are passionate about driving digital transformation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the global SME and administrator for Procore PMQS tools, including Submittals, RFIs, Documents, Inspections, Observations, and Drawings/Specifications.
  • Lead the global training strategy, including development of role-based training, onboarding programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standardized PMQS processes, SOPs, and governance aligned with global construction standards.
  • Drive global rollout and adoption of Procore tools, ensuring consistency while supporting site-specific requirements.
  • Partner with project teams, contractors, and collaborators to embed standard processes and field execution.
  • Manage system configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution for PMQS modules, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital teams to support system integrations, data standards, and automation/AI initiatives.
  • Track and report on adoption metrics, training effectiveness, and data quality benchmarks to support leadership decision-making.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management, project controls, or field operations.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Procore PM, Quality, and/or Safety tools.
  • Strong expertise in document control processes and construction workflows.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading enterprise system rollouts or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Procore Administrator or Certified Trainer certification.
  • Experience with semiconductor or large-scale industrial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, data governance, and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Experience working in an AI Assisted environment
