What You Will Do:We are seeking a Process Transformation and Change Management Analyst to support organizational transformation initiatives for our government client. In this highly client-facing role, you will work directly with government stakeholders to gather business requirements, facilitate communication between clients and project teams, and support the successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
The Process Transformation and Change Management Analyst will coordinate change management activities, develop communications and stakeholder engagement strategies, facilitate meetings and workshops, and track project progress using Microsoft 365 tools. The role also includes conducting research and analysis, supporting decision-making, coordinating meetings and events, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes and operational effectiveness. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, and client relationship management skills in a collaborative consulting environment.
What You Will Need:- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- THREE (3) or more years' experience in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Experience with law enforcement
- Experience supporting training efforts through the review and updating of curriculum, supporting logistics and planning and overall training program needs.
- Experience leading process improvement and automation efforts to develop new tools/processes in a law enforcement environment.
