Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a highly motivated and hands-on individual to join our Process Operations Team. This role reports into our Core Technology Operations. As a Process Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of process technicians responsible for producing, documenting, and characterizing prototype components for our batteries. This work will directly support the development, optimization, and scaling of core parts of our technology. You will provide leadership to oversee operations, drive process improvements, and mentor team members to ensure technical findings are articulated to our electrode development and engineering teams for further analysis.

What you'll do:
  • Manage a team of 6+ process technicians to ensure consistent coverage over the electrode production process.
  • Coordinate with our process engineering team to develop, train and mentor your team in line with the latest process advancements.
  • Continuously improve existing materials preparation and production processes to support ramping throughput.
  • Execute daily management to ensure yield and turn around time KPI's are met.
  • Recommend, as well as lead, in the installation and assembly of new equipment or tools.


What you'll bring:
  • 4+ years working in a leadership role within a manufacturing or R&D environment.
  • Familiarity with materials handling and general lab practices.
  • Strong sense of patience and safety in a fast paced environment.
  • Comfort using digital tools and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to see the big picture; manage opportunities that could impact your success.
