Full Job Description
Process Solutions & Automation Manager, Financial Service Office (FSO) -Technology Consulting (Multiple Positions) (1710738), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Seattle, WA.

Help clients with process automation across enterprise functions and business units. Assist clients with services like solution architecture, technical design, requirements, software development or configuration, testing, data migration, and solution deployment. Support and execute the IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a BPM vendor tool implementation. Deliver quality client service, monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure that key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes; stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities, professional knowledge, and ability to assimilate new knowledge. Drive high-quality work products on the team within the expected timeframes and budget. Advise clients on the capabilities and adoption of the BPM vendor products. Build lasting relationships and influence senior client executives and colleagues. Foster relationships with clients and help drive business development.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience working within one or a combination of any of the following types of firms/companies:
• Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance
• Banking & Capital Markets
• Wealth & Asset Management

Must have 3 years of demonstrated experience with all of the following:
• Business process assessment and IT process reengineering
• BPM strategy assessment
• Target roadmap planning for BPM program
• Systems and vendor selection for BPM vendors
• Program and/or project management and implementation planning (PMO)

Must have 3 years of technical implementation experience with one or a combination of any of the following BPM vendors: Appian, Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform, and/or Unqork

Must have 3 years of demonstrated technical delivery experience with one or a combination of any of the following BPM vendors: Appian, Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform, and/or Unqork.

Must have 3 years of hands-on experience with designing, configuring, deploying, or testing BPM vendor solutions for financial services organizations.

Must have 3 years of experience leading a team of 3 or more.

Must have 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies.

Must have 1 year of hands-on experience in relational databases, API-centric development, or SQL development.

Requires travel up to 60%, of which 5% may be international, to serve client needs.
