In this role, you will monitor key performance indicators, lead quality investigations, and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality operations. This position is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is committed to maintaining ISO compliance while advancing long-term quality improvements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop, qualify, and continuously improve quality and manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices; ensure adoption through effective training and communication.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and lead root cause analysis for internal non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing sustainable corrective actions to drive year-over-year defect reduction.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process and productivity enhancements that increase throughput, reduce scrap and waste, and lower overall cost, including Cost of Quality (COQ).
  • Support and apply Lean principles to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and sustain operational excellence.
  • Serve as the primary Quality interface with Engineering, Sales, Materials, and Marketing to proactively resolve manufacturing issues and improve product and process performance.
  • Track and analyze customer complaints and internal non-conformances, developing and implementing effective countermeasures to support defect reduction and improved process capability.
  • Participate in capital planning efforts, including appropriation requests and implementation of new technologies to improve manufacturing capability and reduce non-conformances.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives, including annual savings targets, through data-driven analysis and process improvements.
  • Support and promote a strong safety culture while contributing to key operational goals, including Safety, Quality, Delivery/Lead-time, Cost/Inventory Management, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization through formal and informal presentations to drive alignment and accountability.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality or other related experience
  • Proven success in driving continuous improvement of quality inspection processes.
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and processes, including experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Hands-on experience with control valves and related manufacturing processes
