Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply, or a Technical field, or 5 years of equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in advanced problem-solving techniques and 6 sigma methodologies.
• Deep understanding of current factory processes in both Making and Packaging.
• Analytical, communication, and influencing skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to transfer knowledge through procedures and training.
• Willingness to travel to other sites for equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute R&D strategies to implement product, process, and packaging innovations.
• Lead line trials, document results, and provide technical inputs to R&D teams for product implementation.
• Establish operational control systems and manage changes for product launches per industrialization processes.
• Execute trials for product validations in conjunction with regional teams, sharing results for handover.
• Join the regional PPI platform to share technology and best practices among multiple sites.
• Coordinate projects across functional teams to drive efficiency and project success.
• Support safety, quality, and environmental initiatives in collaboration with key service areas.
• Engage in investment submissions to evaluate benefits of potential projects.
• Define new industry standards and standard running conditions related to engineering and food safety.
• Work with operations and technical departments to validate and implement new standards successfully.
• Analyze KPIs with the CI/FI team to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
