Full Job Description
The Process Owner – IDS supports the Senior Process Owner by managing day to day development, maintenance, deployment, and improvement of IDS processes at the regional level. This role focuses on operational requirement gathering, process documentation, training, performance tracking, and supporting units through IDS deployment and optimization.

The Process Owner ensures correct execution of IDS standards, material flow rules, delivery schedules, receiving practices, and traceability controls per the IDS Core Process document.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

  • $90,000- $95,000/Per Year
  • This position is eligible for incentive pay of 10% of the annual base salary, dependent upon successful attainment of company, team, and individual goals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities


1. Process Documentation & Maintenance
Maintain IDS SOPs, route maps, pick drop return point documentation, and delivery schedules.
Update IDS documentation in alignment with global standards and Senior Process Owner guidance.


2. Deployment Support & Unit Enablement
Support units in designing IDS material flows tailored to their layout, volumes, and constraints.
Help local teams set PAR levels, delivery frequencies, and goods receiving routines.
Deliver training sessions and support new process rollouts.


3. Receiving, Traceability & Inventory Controls
Ensure units correctly apply receiving processes, material requisition flows, and PAR level replenishment.
Support implementation of FIFO/FEFO rules and food safety practices in internal delivery.
Assist units in implementing traceability tools and data capture procedures.


4. Technology & Tools Support
Capture operational requirements and support BRD development for IDS related system enhancements.
Coordinate testing, validation, and rollout of receiving, inventory, and IDS digital tools.
Provide user support and collect feedback for continuous improvement.


5. Supply Chain Process Improvement Support
Assist in initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and optimize material flow.
Support pilots, data collection, route performance analysis, and root-cause reviews.


6. KPI Tracking & Reporting
Track IDS KPIs and support units in understanding performance.
Conduct compliance checks and document findings for corrective action (IFBL).
Support creation of dashboards or reporting tools that visualize IDS performance

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Lean/6-Sigma certification preferred.

Work Experience
At least 3 years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics.
Understanding of material flow, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
Experience writing SOPs, process flows, or technical instructions.
