Job Title:
Process Manager

Reporting To:
Lead, Process Manager

Work Schedule:
Onsite - Buffalo, NY

To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or other related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Operations or Process Development/Improvement

As a Process Manager, you will:

Sustain Operations
  • Monitor and analyze daily spreadsheets (NC's Opened, WC Output, Scrap, Labor Hours)
  • Review work center load, past due items, and expedite needs
  • Participate in Tiered Management and daily Gemba walks
  • Manage critical parts and assist with production issues including tooling, fixturing, OP sheets, and job prioritization


Drive Process Innovation & Solution Development
  • Improve production procedures and increase operational efficiency
  • Develop and ensure adherence to Standard Work practices
  • Define opportunities for improvement for part process family flow
  • Increase Efficiency and Throughput


Develop Continuous Improvement & Lean Mindset
  • Drive Lean Daily Management to enhance Safety, Quality, and Delivery
  • Identify and reduce waste across operations
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasures
  • Focus on delivering value to both the internal and external customers


Metrics & Decision Support
  • Work with Manufacturing Managers, Performance Leaders, and Team Leaders to guide decision-making and performance improvements

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $80,000.00-$110,000.00 Annually
