Full Job Description
Job Description

We are looking for a Process Intelligence Specialist to help shape the future of digital procurement through process intelligence, automation, analytics, and AI. In this hands-on role, you will analyze and document business processes, establish scalable standards, and design automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Using technologies such as Databricks, Celonis, Power Platform, RPA, and AI, you will identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and turn ideas into working solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building things themselves, and transforming complex processes into streamlined digital experiences.

Beyond process optimization, you will help create the data, process, and system foundations that enable future AI capabilities across the organization.

We're looking for a curious, proactive problem solver with strong technical skills and a builder's mindset. We value creativity, systems thinking, and the ability to move from concept to implementation.

What Makes This Role Different
  • Transform and standardize processes before automating them.
  • Build solutions rather than simply recommend them.
  • Influence next-generation AI and digital capabilities.
  • Turn data and insights into measurable business outcomes.
  • Thrive in a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze, document, and standardize business processes to establish a foundation for optimization and automation.
  • Use process intelligence tools such as Celonis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and build solutions using Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, AI, and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain workflow solutions, taxonomies, and supporting system structures.
  • Create intuitive, user-focused process documentation and experiences.
  • Apply AI-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Work with data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

What You'll Bring
  • A builder mindset with a passion for creating solutions, not just identifying problems.
  • Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with or strong interest in process intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as SQL, Power Platform, Celonis, RPA, or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in automation, analytics, systems development, process improvement, or a related area.
  • Experience building or supporting technical solutions that improve business performance, efficiency, or data quality.
