- Design and deliver high-impact training solutions by collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex performance goals into actionable staff competencies.
- Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing performance data and identifying trends that allow us to meet safety, efficiency, and strategic "best practice" standards.
- Champion the standardization of care by serving as a clinical expert on committees and councils, ensuring our interdisciplinary practice models are both compliant and patient-centered.
- Resolve operational roadblocks by tracking issues and refining electronic documentation processes to ensure the team can focus more on patients and less on paperwork.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
