Full Job Description
Primary Purpose:

The Manager of Process Excellence & Analytics is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and driving process improvement initiatives across SDLFS to optimize resource utilization, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic business objectives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to recommend, develop, and implement innovative technology solutions and IT opportunities that improve business performance and user experience. The position also provides oversight and governance for enterprise programs, including Motus, Wheels, and Concur, ensuring consistent administration across all brands. Additionally, the Manager develops and recommends policies, procedures, and best practices to promote compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Our hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Cromwell, CT, Quincy, MA, Hyattsville, MD, Scarborough, ME, Carlisle, PA

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with SDLFS leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, reporting enhancements, and data-driven decision-making; develop and implement tools, dashboards, and solutions that support business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Lead intake and discovery meetings with business stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and provide direction to team members on execution plans and deliverables.
  • Manage SDLFS sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational reporting requirements and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary business owner for the U.S. travel and expense program, overseeing partnerships with Concur, BCD Travel, hotels, airlines, and rental car providers to ensure effective program administration, cost efficiency, and a positive associate experience.
  • Collaborate with European counterparts and other global stakeholders to align travel and expense program standards, contractual obligations, policies, and vendor management practices where appropriate.
  • Administer and manage the Motus vehicle reimbursement program, ensuring participant compliance with program requirements, policy adherence, reporting accuracy, and effective vendor relationship management.
  • Oversee the Wheels fleet management program, including company vehicles, fuel cards, vehicle registrations, titles, compliance requirements, and vendor performance to support efficient fleet operations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between SDLFS business functions and IT partners, translating business needs into technology initiatives and ensuring approved projects are prioritized, communicated, and incorporated into the IT roadmap.
  • Own SDLFS process excellence portfolio and strategic improvement roadmap, ensuring resources, priorities, and investments are aligned to organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and coordinators responsible for process improvement initiatives, analytics, reporting, and program administration; establish priorities, monitor performance, provide career development, and ensure delivery of strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and manage departmental operating budgets, vendor expenditures, and program-related investments while ensuring effective stewardship of company resources.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in process excellence, analytics, business transformation, or operational leadership, including experience leading and developing professional teams.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical discussions and coordinating efforts between business and development teams.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated success leading complex business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities through direct leadership of exempt and non-exempt associates.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management and driving stakeholder adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and KPI reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers, developers, architects, and technical stakeholders regarding application design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Working knowledge of programming concepts such as object-oriented programming, APIs, databases, system integrations, and web-based applications.
  • Strong executive presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships, service-level agreements, and contract performance.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Basic proficiency in reading and understanding code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or SQL).
  • ESG reporting experience


ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $120,960 - $181,440

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
