  • Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Project teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead efforts to improve plant performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Own and maintain site process technology, process control systems, and related equipment technologies.
  • Drive troubleshooting and root cause investigations to resolve quality, reliability, and production challenges.
  • Support the introduction and scale-up of new products and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with R&D and technical subject matter experts to optimize production performance.
  • Support and lead small-to-medium capital projects from scope development through start-up and training.
  • Serve as a key resource for Process Safety Management (PSM), including ownership of process technology elements.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to plant personnel and business stakeholders.
  • Provide off-hours support for continuous manufacturing operations when needed.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by actively participating in environmental, health, and safety programs and reinforcing safe behaviors across the site.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of technical engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of automation and/or process control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to integrate equipment, process, and chemistry considerations to solve complex challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
