Responsibilities

  • Drive daily problem solving to enhance quality, productivity, and minimize downtime
  • Monitor and control key process variables to decrease variation and boost consistency
  • Lead and support both short- and long-term improvement projects, including the adoption of new technologies and cost reduction initiatives
  • Provide technical support for threading processes and related finishing operations
  • Develop and sustain process improvements through documentation, training, and auditing
  • Collaborate with automation engineering on process control systems and real-time data integration
  • Support plant trials, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Partner with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including off-hours support

Process Engineer
Your Role at a Glance
  • Drive daily problem solving to improve quality, productivity, and reduce downtime
