Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
• US Citizen
• High motivation and ability to work independently or within teams
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
• Familiarity with lean and Six Sigma tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely routing of parts through the shop floor
• Translate print requirements into plant-specific actions
• Verify process tolerances meet print specifications
• Meet customer expectations through the MRR process
• Ensure clarity and understandability of paperwork
• Develop supporting data for customer requirements
• Lead change implementation throughout the shop
• Innovate strategies for cost and lead time reduction
• Act as liaison during change management
• Implement lean initiatives as appropriate
• Collaborate with engineers on capital investment opportunities
• Coordinate with Design Engineering for optimal part flow
• Improve and document Process Engineering standards
• Participate in automating process sheet generation
• Enhance standard work for flexibility and cross-training
