Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Research or related fields with a strong background in engineering redesign and cost savings.
• 2-3 years experience in solutions design in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting warehousing contracts with engineering expertise.
• Expertise in packaging and/or innovation.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Project Management software. Knowledge of Excel should include pivot tables and common formulas.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Lean Standards in analysis including line balancing, PFEP, and value stream mapping.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant level, analyzing work systems and suggesting operational enhancements.
• Develop and maintain headcount analysis tools to assess business impact of changes.
• Prepare engineering studies to adapt to evolving operational processes.
• Measure standard time to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
• Act as the main contact for capacity and process improvement inquiries.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement business solutions.
• Manage engineering for assigned projects, including budget and equipment decisions.
