Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• 3-5 years in processing and automation.
• Strong background in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across management levels.
• Hands-on and committed to team success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality and Tooling teams to address defects and mold issues.
• Coordinate and implement efficiency improvement projects to reduce scrap.
• Design and set up processes, systems, workstations, and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and train staff on systems.
• Work with Maintenance and Engineering teams to enhance preventive maintenance and spare parts identification.
• Create and train staff on work instructions for injection molding processes.
• Monitor injection molding systems for compliance with process specifications.
