Responsibilities

- Salary:$114,912 - $143,640 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Adhere to all established safety, health and quality General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the company
- Oversee the optimal operation of their assigned plant27s Manufacturing Processes i.e., hands on process adjustments, changes to maintain required productivity, etc.Including Centerline documents and Process Control Plans
- Manage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processes
- Apply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduce process variation
- Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvement
- Travel up to 10%
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master27s Degree
- Lean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma certifications, i.e., Management and Strategy Institute
- Knowledge of Infinity SPC or similar SPC software, JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical software
