Process Engineer to join our team in Wilson, NC. The Process Engineer serves as the SME for assigned manufacturing processes and technologies, ensuring process reliability, product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role supports production teams, drives productivity initiatives, and leads process optimization projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes, systems, and product quality.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Investigate process deviations, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead or support process improvement and productivity projects.
- Analyze KPIs, identify losses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective action follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, sustainability, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Train, coach, and mentor production personnel on process standards and technical topics.
Qualifications:- Bachelor9s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or engineering.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
- IWS DMS tools experience is a plus.
Salary pay range: $88,000-$110,000Medical, dental, and vision insurance
