Pay: $100,000 - $139,000 annually
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 100% Onsite

The Process Engineering Manager will lead a team of Process Engineers responsible for improving manufacturing processes, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting new product introductions. This position plays a key role in optimizing production, implementing best practices, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Engineers while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive manufacturing process improvements to increase efficiency, throughput, quality, and cost savings.
- Develop standardized manufacturing methods to support both new product launches and existing production.
- Establish and maintain process controls that promote consistent product quality and reliable manufacturing performance.
- Utilize data, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools to solve production challenges.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, and Operations to improve overall plant performance.
- Support new product introductions through process development, validation, and production readiness activities.
- Manage engineering changes and ensure process updates are successfully implemented.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and validation records.
- Partner with equipment and tooling vendors to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and manufacturing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience within a production environment.
- At least 2 years of direct people management experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong background in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization.
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes involving mechanical, electrical, or automated equipment.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality systems such as ISO standards is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
