As the
Process Engineer, you will identify and implement process improvements through the application of sound chemical engineering principles. This position will interact with operators, maintenance, supervision, plant leadership and corporate support personnel.

I'm interested! What will I get to do in this position? - Identify improvements and optimize processes through changes to equipment, systems, practices and procedures
- Identify opportunities, develop and coordinate plant projects to improve process capabilities, safety and competitive position
- Lead and/or coordinate troubleshooting, de-bottlenecking and plant tests with other technical personnel
- Perform technical and economic evaluations of alternative processes and determine relative costs compared to existing processes
- Monitor environmental regulations and performance against regulations
- Participate or lead plant safety activities
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? - B.S. degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems using data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Leadership skills and the ability to lead change
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Flexibility and availability to work weekends and holidays if needed to support department operation
What will set me apart?- Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing or food or chemical processing
- Preferred experience in calcium phosphates, potassium phosphates, and sodium aluminum phosphates.
Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
