Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Are you a skilled and creative process engineer who can design and implement efficient and ergonomic production processes in a dynamic environment? Do you want to work for a leading company in the auto industry that values innovation and quality? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the Process Engineer position at Forvia.
As the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the product interface with product development, contributing to the engineering change management process, supporting continuous improvement and production, and participating in the manufacturing engineering network. You will also design, implement, and monitor the production processes, ensuring the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering

Professional Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry

Skills and competencies
  • Technically skilled on product and process design, such as FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • International mindset, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • English required, other languages are a plus
