Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution required;
• 10 years of process improvement experience on complex programs required;
• 5 years of recent experience in facilitation, training, and process engineering;
• High school diploma/GED plus 4 additional years of experience acceptable as an alternative;
• Experience with agile development project planning and execution;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Management Office with systems engineering oversight;
• Plan and execute agile development processes effectively;
• Facilitate and lead process improvement initiatives across multiple teams;
• Identify and document best practices in process engineering;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiency.
