Process Director LLP, SCO (US-O)

Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and driven leader to help shape the future of our LLP SCO operating model. In this role, you'll lead the design, standardization and implementation of global processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across our operations. You'll drive initiatives that translate strategy into measurable financial and operational results, enhancing key areas such as Implementation and Start-Up standards.

By championing operational excellence, service quality, process standardization and capability development, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth, delivering outstanding customer outcomes and creating a globally consistent way of working.

Responsibilities
  • Develops, standardizes and deploys processes, training frameworks and operational playbooks across LLP SCO operations worldwide.
  • Supports automation, digitalization and scalable operating model initiatives across global operations.
  • Develops processes and standardization to establish and embed as widespread practice 'the best way we know how' including in areas such as:
  • Implementation & Start Up Practices (First Priority)
  • Opportunity to Delivery (O2D) practices in LLP SCO
  • Offshoring processes (both those for establishing transfers and then running steady-state)
  • Establishes process maturity that connects strongly across other standardization functions e.g.:
  • Transport of Tomorrow (ToT) standard transport management processes leveraging OTM Cloud
  • Modular Standardization initiatives (Including MOZAIC process portal)
  • DSC Quality Management Systems
  • Leads governance reviews, KPI management, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.


Required Education and Experience
  • Senior Project Management and change management expertise, required.
  • LLP SCO / 4PL operational expertise and/or transport management knowledge, required.
  • Operational transformation, continuous improvement and change management leadership experience, required.
  • Knowledge and practice in process design, standardization and implementation, required.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, required.
  • Data-driven decision making, KPI management and root-cause analysis capability, required.
