Full Job Description
Position Summary:The Process Controls Engineer position focuses on executing projects to maintain and improve automated control systems within operating facilities. The position will be responsible for executing projects that include instrumentation and control device selection, PLC and DCS system design, installation checkout, and system commissioning.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering project team and production staff.
  • Implement system expansions and obsolescence replacement projects.
  • Allen Bradley PLC5 upgrades to CLX5000
  • Allen Bradley SLC500 upgrades to CLX5000
  • Siemens PCS7 HMI version upgrade and Controller Upgrades
  • TIA Portal version upgrades to v20
  • Travel to site locations for installation checkout and system commissioning.
