What You Will Be Doing
As a member of the Fort Worth Demand Planning organization within Production Operations (EDSC), you will be responsible for replenishment and process integration across all lines of business. The role involves coordinating demand-related activities including demand entry, demand stability, BOM integrity, and on-time order release, and taking corrective actions to preserve part availability. You will leverage large data sets and advanced analytics to forecast demand, identify surplus or aging stock, and drive continual improvement of inventory performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as project management, planning, line management, MRP planners, and manufacturing is essential to ensure seamless execution of inventory processes. Additionally, you will prepare status reports, dashboards, and data-rich presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders, balancing cost efficiency with the highest possible part availability to support the Aeronautics organization's mission readiness and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with two or more of the following:
• Demand Planning
• Manufacturing Planning
• Scheduling Production Control
• Supply Chain
• Procurement
• Subcontract Management
Desired skills
- Prior MRP Planning experience
- SAP experience
- Continuous Improvement experience
- Experience standardizing and improving operational processes
- Experience creating and executing presentations
- Experience with SQL, SAP HANA, and Data Mining
- The candidate should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and must have demonstrated ability to work effectively with associates at all levels throughout the organization.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290.
