Job Description:
In this role, you will assist with the development of the PAM strategy and corresponding roadmaps considering the corporate strategy, industry security trends and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate and coordinate with IT leaders, technologists and support staff to ensure the requirements are clearly defined and established timelines are met. Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the PAM products and capabilities showing increased adoption, speed to market, and resiliency.
How you’ll help move us forward:
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing net new capabilities and enhancements necessary to drive the enterprise PAM strategy
- Own and drive the enterprise PAM strategy and multi-year plan incorporating all parts of PAM: scan/discovery, remediation, lifecycle management, password rotation, password vaulting, just in time administration
- Establish and maintain PAM policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes.
- Serve as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for PAM-related risks, issues, and decisions.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for PAM platforms and services, including CyberArk and related technologies.
- Architect, design, develop and troubleshoot PAM solutions with the ability to provide technical and architectural design documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases, requirements and test cases
- Create solutions that drive full automation, self-service, and resiliency
- Eliminate duplicative capabilities where possible, reduce complexities, and leverage enterprise standards and industry best practices
- Define best practice and development of troubleshooting processes, methodologies, standards, alerts and reporting from PAM platform(s) to be leveraged for operational monitoring
- Identify, manage and remediate existing or future risks, issues, and roadblocks for timely delivery
- Partner with internal technical teams ensuring the strategy and roadmaps are well understood while monitoring successful implementation
- Lead change, by acting as change agent, to use skills and expertise to inspire a shared purpose of intent, drive awareness, communications, documentation, and training
- Develop and implement program communications framework and metrics to keep stakeholders, customers, and IAM colleagues well informed
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security strategy and architecture
The experience you bring:
- 5+ years Information Security experience, with strong focus in PAM platforms (e.g. CyberArk, Delinea, Netwrix)
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing an enterprise PAM program or PAM engineering function.
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience with CyberArk or another enterprise PAM platform.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise privileged access strategies.
- Detailed knowledge and experience managing privileged accounts, service accounts, shared accounts, credentials, secrets, and privileged sessions.
- Strong technical understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure, Windows, Linux, networking, databases, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with security governance, risk management, audit requirements, and security controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication, analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to shorten timescales
- Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement
- Experience with Agile methodologies and corresponding Agile based tools
- Proven ability to influence and gain trust at senior management levels in multi-cultural environments
What makes you stand out:
- BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications and knowledge of ISO and NIST security standards preferred

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$152,010.00 - $185,790.00
