Full Job Description
The best advisors are more than portfolio managers - they are the confidantes families turn to across generations. Lido Advisors is seeking an experienced Private Wealth Advisor to serve high- and ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, and foundations, and to build an enduring practice around the clients you are most passionate about serving.

You will own and grow a book of client relationships, delivering personalized wealth strategies built on expertise in financial planning, tax and estate planning, investment management, and asset allocation - with a team, an investment platform, and in-house planning, tax, trust, and legal specialists all designed to support you and the practice you build.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Wealth Strategies: Deliver comprehensive investment and wealth strategies tailored to each client's goals, coordinating across tax and estate planning, trust administration, alternative investments, and lending solutions, in line with firm allocation policies.
  • Drive Business Growth: Deepen existing client relationships by identifying additional wealth management needs and cultivate a network of centers of influence - estate attorneys, CPAs, investment bankers, and other intermediaries - to generate qualified referrals. Lead prospect meetings and own the conversion process from first meeting through onboarding.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Anticipate client needs, resolve inquiries, and conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess performance and keep strategies aligned with client objectives, tracking all prospect and client engagement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal subject-matter experts, investment professionals, and client-service teams to leverage the full suite of Lido Advisors' services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in wealth management or a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrated success attracting, serving, and retaining high-net-worth clients.
  • Series 65 required or obtained within 90 days of the start date. A CFP, CFA, CPA, or CIMA designation is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and work effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite; experience with financial modeling and portfolio management tools is a plus.

Why Join Lido Advisors? A Platform That Wins Business: Institutional relationships that open private equity, private credit, and co-investment access most advisors cannot offer.

Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive and growth-focused team that values professional development and community engagement.

Room to Build: A growing firm where your practice can scale into a team of your own, with opportunities to take on broader leadership as the business expands.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $225,000. Actual compensation will vary based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation tied to new client acquisition and book growth.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; a 401(k) plan with a firm contribution; and paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
