Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a high-performing team of Trainee Brokers.
• Coaching and mentoring team members through regular one-on-ones.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences to retain and convert clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key operators in the industry.
• Participate in client meetings for both personal and team accounts.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities.
