Full Job Description
"I can succeed as a Private Client Services GIC Associate."

As a Global Investment Control (GIC) - Private Client Services (PCS) Associate, you will be responsible for administering Mutual Fund, ETF, and Separately Managed Accounts (SMA), including recurring distributions, asset allocation implementation, and tax loss harvesting activities. You will process investment orders and client cash flow transactions, while supporting account openings, closures, gifting activity, tax transition plans, and rebalancing efforts. You will ensure that trade activity complies with client guidelines, regulatory requirements, tax considerations, eligibility criteria, and investment restrictions. You will partner closely with the Client Relationship team, third-party service providers, and GIC teammates to support account maintenance activities and deliver high-quality client experience. You will help resolve client and investment-related inquiries, participate in projects that improve business processes and operational effectiveness, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support solution design efforts, provide input on process and technology enhancements, leverage automation tools and data insights, and help maintain knowledge management content that supports team onboarding and operational excellence.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $80,098-$128,157

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
