ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values

- Responsibility for day-to-day supervising of Private Client Service Teams including client issues and problem solving, providing guidance regarding renewal strategies and client retention, carrier issues, PTO approval, performance reviews and timecards
- Provides direction and oversight to ensure compliance with workflow and exceptional customer service standards
- Works closely with Market Manager to help foster a spirit of teamwork between Producers, Client Advisors, and Placement Teams to drive results, support strategic initiatives, and meet new business and retention goals
- Monitors department coverage and evaluates workloads to assign new business and reassign accounts as necessary
- Builds relationships with carrier partners and communicates program and underwriting changes to staff
- Supports associates in their expansion of industry and carrier knowledge through ongoing training and carrier meetings
- Encourages development opportunities for staff by setting performance goals that align with organizations goals and providing performance feedback
- Responsibility for managing a book of business and delivering high quality service that meets or exceeds retention goals
- Participates and directs in the hiring and onboarding of new associates including expansion through acquisitions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
- Strong supervisory and motivational skills
- Ability to communicate in a pragmatic and proactive way
- Ability to handle conflict and bring to a timely resolution
- In-depth knowledge of agency management system and workflows
- Minimum 7 years of similar or related experience in private client insurance preferred
- Property and Casualty license required for state of business and must fulfill continuing education requirement to retain license
- Limited travel required

Salary Range
$90,000-$125,000 USD
