Job Summary

The ERP Administrator supports the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the organization's ERP system, currently utilizing Priority. This role focuses on creating and maintaining workflows, user support, data accuracy, reporting, and assisting with system enhancements. The administrator partners with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system utilization and helps identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. This role requires experience with the ERP system Priority.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring reliable performance and availability.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for ERP-related questions, providing timely user support and issue resolution.
  • Assist with managing user roles, permissions, and access in alignment with internal controls and company policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the implementation of system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations, including testing and validation activities.
  • Monitor data accuracy and perform routine audits to help maintain system integrity.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate more complex problems to internal teams or external partners as needed.
  • Develop and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and data queries to support business needs.
  • Support integrations between the ERP system and other business applications in coordination with IT or external vendors.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support to promote effective system utilization.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for system support, enhancements, or issue resolution.


Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience supporting or working with ERP systems.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Priority ERP Software.
  • Experience working in manufacturing.
  • Strong systems mindset with the ability to understand how data, processes, and workflows connect.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
  • Focus on data accuracy, consistency, and maintaining system integrity.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Collaborative and service-oriented, with a strong customer support mindset.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and user requests.
