Full Job Description
The Print Production Manager plays a critical role in bringing our product marketing vision to life-transforming strategy into beautifully executed sales tools that inspire our clients and elevate the design experience. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to simplify and enhance how our products are presented, helping make the design process seamless and inspiring for both clients and prospects.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, this role follows a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), offering a collaborative environment where ideas come to life. As a key contributor, you will help drive our shared ambition to be the world's best through thoughtful execution, innovation, and attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing

Sales Tool Planning & Readiness
  • Partner closely with Demand Planning to understand business needs and translate them into effective production plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to support quarterly and annual sales tool planning cycles.
  • Provide clear communication across internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Approve production quantities and timing based on lifecycle strategy, demand forecasts, and budget considerations.


Production Execution & Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end production execution, ensuring all initiatives meet readiness criteria and align with overall sales tool strategy.
  • Develop and manage detailed production timelines aligned to launch calendars and key business milestones.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across launch teams, providing regular updates and proactively removing roadblocks.
  • Create and maintain master standards for all sales tools, ensuring production samples meet expectations prior to full-scale production.
  • Provide detailed production instructions to accompany purchase orders, identifying any special considerations and communicating key success criteria for approvals.
  • Review and approve vendor proofs, quantities, and final deliverables, ensuring exceptional quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for production challenges, proactively identifying risks and driving timely resolution.
  • Ensure seamless, on-time distribution and successful go-live of all sales tools in partnership with cross-functional teams.


Vendor & Partner Management
  • Monitor vendor performance, holding partners accountable for quality, timelines, and capacity.
  • Partner with Procurement on pricing negotiations, contracts, and final purchase order placement to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.


R&D, Feasibility & Innovation
  • Evaluate feasibility of new or updated sales tools, including vendor capabilities, lead times, and cost implications.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to assess execution risks and recommend solutions or tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate prototype and sample requests, managing approvals and ensuring alignment before production begins.


Leadership & Team Development
  • Fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team environment where individuals are empowered to learn and excel.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the Sales Tools Production team to achieve both individual and collective success.
  • Continuously evaluating day-to-day workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and resolving inefficiencies in real time.
  • Establishing clear ownership across production planning, pre-production, and execution to ensure accountability and seamless delivery.
  • Creating consistent communication rhythms-such as weekly updates and launch readiness checkpoints-to drive alignment and transparency.
  • Maintaining clear, real-time visibility into the status and progress of all sales tools.
  • Supporting team member growth through regular performance conversations, goal tracking, and development planning.
  • Partnering with the team to assess workload needs, prioritize effectively, and ensure operational continuity.
  • Building a strong, scalable foundation by developing talent and documenting processes that support long-term growth.
  • Championing continuous improvement across timelines, workflows, and execution standards.
  • Leading with a solutions-oriented mindset, addressing challenges constructively and fostering alignment across cross-functional teams.


What You Bring to the Table
  • 7+ years of experience in print production
    • Experience within the interior design or related industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and execute detailed production calendars in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including forecasting, pivot tables, and scenario planning.
  • Proven experience working across cross-functional teams and navigating complex operational processes.
  • Experience leading projects and managing or mentoring team members.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, production workflows, and quality control/inspection standards.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
