About the Role:The Principal Investigator (PI) serves as the medical leader for assigned clinical trials and plays a key role in advancing Elevate Clinical Research's growth and sponsor relationships. In addition to ensuring the safety of study participants and the integrity of clinical research data, the PI collaborates with sponsors, CROs, and industry partners to represent Elevate's clinical expertise, patient populations, and research capabilities. The PI helps position Elevate as a preferred research partner by supporting feasibility assessments, participating in sponsor meetings, and fostering long-term relationships that contribute to new study opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and scientific leadership for clinical research studies.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, sponsor protocols, and institutional requirements.
• Protect the safety, rights, and well-being of study participants.
• Review and assess participant eligibility, adverse events, protocol deviations, and study outcomes.
• Serve as a medical and scientific resource to study coordinators and research staff.
• Participate in sponsor qualification visits, investigator meetings, and feasibility discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and CROs.
• Represent Elevate Clinical Research's capabilities, patient access, and therapeutic expertise to industry partners.
• Support efforts to secure new clinical trial opportunities and expand strategic sponsor relationships.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, enrollment excellence, and patient-centered research.

Position Purpose

The Principal Investigator is responsible for delivering exceptional clinical research while serving as an ambassador for Elevate Clinical Research. Through medical leadership, sponsor engagement, and collaboration with site operations, the PI helps drive successful study execution and contributes to the growth of Elevate's research portfolio.
